Tom's Plan

The campaign message centers on affordability, safer communities, local control, and a stronger business climate.

Tax relief and affordability

Cut taxes that make Connecticut harder to afford, including taxes on meals, diesel, estates, gifts, pensions, and annuities.

Lower energy costs

Bring down energy costs through better state policy and stronger stewardship of public resources.

Parental rights

Protect parental rights in education and health care decisions and keep families at the center of major choices.

Public safety and jobs

Strengthen public safety, preserve local control over zoning and education, and improve the climate for small business and job growth.

Record and roots

Tom's campaign has a straightforward case to make: long service, strong community ties, and practical priorities for the district.
